Forney ISD has several programs in place to not only educate students about bullying, but to also prevent and protect students from such activity.

At the elementary level, Forney ISD has implemented Rachel’s Challenge which teaches children about treating each other with kindness and respect. Counselors are also on staff in the schools to provide guidance to students.

District-wide the district has implemented a program call "Stay Alert" which is a 24-hour system that allows students to anonymously report unsafe, violent or illegal behavior.
